Bilkont Dış Ticaret ve Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş. ,one of the foundations of Şahinler Holding, was established in 1994. It is an integrated plant on 450.000 m² open and 120.000 m² closed area that consists of 2 spinning mills, circular knitting, finishing and yarn dyeing house.

Bilkont A.Ş. always aims at satisfying customers in the best price, quality and delivery dates, also producing its products according to the demands of customers by using the most modernized and new technology respectful to the environment.

The mills of Bilkont Çorlu has capacity of 20 ton/day cotton ring yarn,25 ton/day open-end yarn, 10 ton/day ring melange, 2,5 ton/day twisted yarn,40 ton/day knitted fabric,25 ton/day fabric dying and finishing, 5 ton/day yarn dying with high technology.

In spinning mills, ring, open-end, ring melange and twisted yarns are produced from the fibres of conventional cotton, organic cotton, polyester, acrylic, viscose, bamboo, mineral and linen. In spinning mills ; between Ne 10/1-50/1 counts ring yarn, between Ne 6/1-33/1 counts open-end yarn are produced by using different types of yarn, roving, sliver ; Also in spinning mills ; between Ne 10/1- 50/1 counts ring melange yarn that are produced from different kind of fiber 100% or blended in according to the demanded ratio.

In fabric dying house; circular knitted fabrics that were made from cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic and blended of these fibers are dyed and finishing processes are made. Also in spinning dying house ; cotton, cotton-polyester, cotton-viscose, cotton-acrylic are dyed.

Bilkont Dış Ticaret ve Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş. is an expert foundation in ring, open–end, melange yarn and knitted fabric production, yarn dying, knitted fabric dying processes that gets the right and justifiable place in local,national and international economy because of its own quality policy.

Bilkont A.Ş’s main quality policy is based on EFQM and Total Quality Management Principles which is taking care of the human health and environment in a period beginning from its employee to the machines, raw material to the waste. In this management models, all the described activities are regularly measured, analysed, controlled and continuously improved.

Bilkont Çorlu, has been certificated of BVQI with quality management system standard ISO 9001 in 1999, always takes its place in first rows between greatest 500 foundations of our country.

In addition, Bilkont Çorlu has " Öko-tex 100 " certificate that is given to the foundations which use harmless substance for human health and environment in any stage of production.

After studies that were made in 2004, Bilkont A.Ş. has been certificated with IVN for %100 organic cotton products and also certificated with IMO for blends of organic and conventional cotton products in all production processes.

Bilkont Çorlu has waste water treatment system that protects environment.
