RECRUITMENT AND JOB PLACEMENT
At Bilkont, the main purpose of personnel recruitment and placement is to find, select and place individuals who fit the corporate culture and the common values of the company, and who have the competencies defined in the relevant terms of reference.
To this end, we
- create a human resources candidate pool,
- apply a selection process suitable for the vacancies, and
- invite eligible candidates for an interview.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Bilkont always works in cooperation with vocational high schools and universities that have undertaken the mission of raising a qualified workforce, and fulfils the responsibilities falling on its part.
Bilkont provides internship opportunities every summer and winter for enthusiastic students.
September – June winter internship: Winter internships are planned together with the administrators of vocational high schools. Every year, Bilkont allocates a sufficient intern quota for the vocational high schools located in its area.
July – August summer internship: Students who want to become an intern at Bilkont during the summer can personally apply for internship during the year. School administrations can also send interns by working in cooperation with Bilkont.
